In this KEEP seminar you will  discover the principles of successful leadership and how people differ in the ways they respond to different leadership styles.

Using our standardized assessment tools and small group exercises we will  explore the role of leadership in your organization and everyday life.

Together we will:

• Discover the differences between leadership and management
• Identify the  most common styles of leadership and where they work best
• Assess your preferred approach to leading others and being lead by others
• Discuss when non-managers can lead
• Discuss when managers should lead

We will examine leadership as it applies to these core organizational functions:

• Marketing and Selling
• Motivating Others
• Creative Problem Solving
• Surviving, striving and thriving during changing times

Half day encounter (4 hours)
